1. General Introduction and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between the ckpro platform and its users. By using ckpro's website, mobile app, or any associated services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms in full.

These Terms have been prepared in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh. In the event of any language dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered final.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on ckpro is ৳300. We accept the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and direct bank transfer.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, this time may increase if a verification process is ongoing or additional security review is required.

• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

VIP tier progression depends on your gaming activity and overall engagement with the platform.

6. Gaming Rules

All games on ckpro are operated under fair play principles. Each game has its own rules, which can be found on the specific game page. It is your responsibility to read the relevant rules carefully before playing.

If the outcome of any game is uncertain due to a technical issue or error, ckpro reserves the right to cancel that round and return the wagered amount. If the internet connection is lost during a game, the result will be determined according to server-side logs.

6.1 Sports Betting

• Colluding with other players

• Hacking, phishing, or attempting to breach platform security
• Using third-party payment accounts
• Harassing or engaging in misconduct toward other users

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by ckpro

ckpro may suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms
• Providing false or fraudulent information
• Detection of suspicious or unusual gaming activity
• In the event of a security risk or technical issue
• To fulfill legal obligations

8.2 Closure by the User
